Wonderful stay with stunning views! We had an excellent experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview. The room was immaculate and located on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of both American Falls and Horseshoe Fall which was absolutely unforgettable! Breakfast was included, which was a great bonus and a perfect way to start the day. The Christmas décor and festive ambiance made the stay even more special and cozy. The staff truly stood out! Everyone was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

We booked a falls view suite at Embassy hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and I must say,it of the most beautiful view ever! The room was huge with 2 bedrooms, very spacious and clean.. we had a tiny kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.. the staffs were very polite and friendly. They offer breakfast and the spread was generous! My kids also had a great time!! Overall it was a wonderful experience! Will definitely go back...

Amazing views! They offered me an upgrade when I arrived and I am so glad I said yes. The panoramic views of the falls was one perk, but the full body massage chair was a bonus we didnt expect. We loved the location, views, beds, amenities, everything. It was so cold, so being able to sit in warmth and watch the falls and fireworks was awesome. Breakfast was long lines, but fast and easy to do. They worked very hard to please the guests by opening extra areas so you didnt have to wait. The food tasted great and it was some of the best Orange Juice I have ever had. You had me at Starbucks and kept me at massage chair.

It was our first time traveling to Canada and we had a rough start as my card was declined due to it being our first time abroad. But the hotel concierge was fabulous in working with me to ensure our stay. We were celebrating our 13th anniversary and he gave us a room upgrade with a Jacuzzi. The free breakfast was good and the server's were on point. The hotel was very inviting and offered a lot to do while visiting. We enjoyed our weekend and will definitely be returning in the future.

Great stay at Embassy Suites Niagara Falls. The location is unbeatable…..literally a 5-minute walk to the Falls and right next to the casino and Fallsview attractions. Spacious two-room suite was clean and comfortable with a panoramic full view of the Falls from the 32nd floor…..watching the lights and fireworks at night was spectacular. Loved the free made-to-order breakfast (huge selection and good quality) and the evening reception with complimentary drinks and snacks. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Room was quiet despite being downtown. Only downsides: the pool was a bit small and crowded, and the furniture is starting to show some wear. Still excellent value for the price and space you get compared to regular hotel rooms in the area. Would definitely return!

Always such an amazing stay at Embassy Suites! I live in the Niagara region and my in-laws who are from India come visit me and my hubby every year and always request to stay in this hotel. Best view, best service. Our check in guy was Christian and the ladies at check out Valeria and Abigail were very professional, accommodating, and always smiling. The gentlemen from the bell hop team were great! but unfortunately I didn’t get their names. Although it’s not a deal breaker, I do miss the made to order breakfast on the 9th floor. Breakfast staff were AMAZING, especially Rosanna (?) who is so bubbly, energetic and sweet!!! Thomas the lobby guy was very friendly, informative and patient when asked so many questions! 10/10 would always recommend this hotel

We spent a night here for my birthday. The staff were nice and the room was clean. The breakfast was also decent. I'll mention the negatives right away though they are not major, they are an important reason for the lower score here. Firstly we had to pay extra to park at the hotel, yes I realize it's the falls but we could have parked for less than half the price we paid and walked 5-10 minutes. Next was the heater in the room was broken, we adjusted it to 80 and it never changed the whole time we were there. Lastly the whirlpool was nice but very noisy. The tv had normal tv channels and 12$ per rental movies. Some complimentary movie channels would be decent. Staff were good so I feel this is a management issue, perhaps post covid some things have been sacrificed. Make some improvements and the score could be a bit higher.
